This Week's Sourdough Bread & Goods

Every week we put together a small, carefully chosen selection — fresh, seasonal, and made in small batches. You will find consistent favourites alongside something new.
Below is selection for Thursday 14 May.

Loaves & Buns

Every loaf is naturally leavened, made by hand in small batches using imported French and Italian flour, and fermented slowly for 24 to 48 hours. The long fermentation is what sets sourdough apart — better for digestion, more nourishing, and richer in flavour than anything made in a hurry.

Sweet & Savory Treats

Our sweet treats are made simply — imported flour, real sugar, and good butter. Nothing artificial, nothing that shouldn't be there. Each one comes in a portion made for sharing, because the best moments at the table are rarely eaten alone. Our hope is that these small indulgences help you create a little warmth and connection right in your own home.

Pairings

Good bread deserves good company. In support of fellow artisans who pour their craft into every jar and bottle, we have curated a small selection of exceptional pairings from France and Italy. Each product has its own story, its own place of origin, its own maker. Together, they turn an ordinary meal into something worth gathering around.
