If heaven had a taste, this would be it. This loaf was inspired by our good friend Andrew, who had fond memories of warm cinnamon bread growing up.
Made with French and Italian flour, with a touch of organic American spelt woven in, the dough has a soft, slightly tender crumb. Swirled through with sweet cinnamon that turns gooey and fragrant in the oven, each slice carries the warmth of cinnamon that can be so comforting.
Any leftovers — if there are any — make exceptional French toast.
