SOURDOUGH PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES - NEW

A peanut butter cookie that takes its peanuts seriously.  These cookies are made with natural peanut butter, just peanuts and salt, plus a spoonful of our sourdough starter and a measure of sorghum flour that deepens the nuttiness and gives the crumb its chew.

Each cookie is rolled in sugar for a crackled shell, pressed with roasted peanuts, and finished with a pinch of flaky sea salt. Sweet, salty, soft in the middle.

Best with a glass of cold milk, or alongside your afternoon coffee.
