Shipping policy

Huddle Bread & Co. primarily offers advance-order pickup and, when available, limited local delivery. Pickup dates, pickup locations, available pickup time slots, delivery availability, delivery fees, delivery minimums, and service areas vary by sale and are shown at checkout when available.
By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping, Pickup & Local Delivery Policy.
1. Order Timing
All orders must be placed in advance through our online store. Orders typically close in advance of the pickup or delivery date, and product availability may be limited.
We reserve the right to change order cutoffs, availability, delivery zones, delivery minimums, fees, pickup windows, and fulfillment options at any time.
2. No Nationwide Shipping
At this time, Huddle Bread & Co. does not offer nationwide shipping unless expressly stated on the Site for a specific product or sale.
3. Pickup
Most orders are fulfilled by pickup.
Pickup dates, time windows, and locations vary from sale to sale and are communicated through the Site and/or order communications. Customers are responsible for selecting an available pickup time slot at checkout when applicable.
Unless otherwise stated:
- pickup is available only during the designated pickup window;
- there is no grace period for late pickup;
- orders not picked up during the designated pickup window are forfeited;
- we are not required to hold, replace, remake, reissue, or refund missed orders; and
- pickup may occur at our home address or at another location, including a pop-up, event, or market location, as designated for the applicable sale.
You may authorize another person to pick up your order. Any person who picks up an order on your behalf is deemed authorized by you.
4. Local Delivery
We may offer limited local delivery for certain dates, products, order minimums, ZIP codes, neighborhoods, or service areas. Delivery availability is determined by us and may change from sale to sale.
Where local delivery is offered:
- delivery availability, fees, minimums, and limits are shown at checkout;
- delivery windows are approximate only and are not guaranteed;
- we may limit delivery based on staffing, weather, traffic, logistics, safety, or other operational factors; and
- we reserve the right to decline or cancel delivery orders outside our delivery limits or where delivery is not reasonably possible.
5. Delivery Drop-Off
If no one is available to receive the order, we may leave it at the door or another location we reasonably determine at the delivery address provided.
Once an order is dropped off at the delivery address, it is considered delivered.
We are not responsible for theft, spoilage, weather exposure, pests, animals, contamination, building access issues, gate issues, address errors, or any decline in product quality after delivery.
6. Risk Transfer
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer:
- at the time the order is picked up by the customer or the customer’s designated representative; or
- at the time the order is dropped off for local delivery.
After that point, the customer is solely responsible for storage, handling, temperature control, transport, serving, and consumption.
7. Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, contact, and delivery information.
We are not responsible for missed pickups, delayed deliveries, failed deliveries, or lost orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including incorrect phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, gate codes, or special access instructions.
8. Delays; Operational Changes
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or inability to fulfill pickup or delivery as planned due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, ingredient shortages, illness, staffing constraints, technical issues, public safety concerns, or other operational events.
If we are unable to fulfill an order, our sole obligation will be to refund the amount paid for the affected order or item.
9. Final Sale
All orders are subject to our Terms of Service, including our final sale, no cancellation, no change, and no refund rules except where we cancel the order ourselves or where otherwise required by law.
