BANANA BREAD

Banana bread reminds me of childhood in South Africa. It was the sweet treat my mom often made when a friend was stopping by for coffee. 

This upgraded version of my childhood recipe is made using sourdough discard, ripe bananas, sweet dates and topped with chrunchy walnuts. 

A simple but delicious sweet treat for brunch or afternoon tea. 

Available in individual slices (1.5" thick) or as a small loaf ( 7 x 3")
