Refund policy

Effective Date: March 29, 2026

At Huddle Bread & Co., all orders are prepared in advance and often made in limited quantities. For that reason, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns on food, baked goods, or other products sold through our store.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, except in the limited circumstance where we cancel the order ourselves and are unable to fulfill it.

Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Order Changes

We do not accept changes to orders once they have been placed. This includes changes to products, quantities, pickup times, delivery selections, or other order details.

Missed Pickup

Orders not picked up during the designated pickup window are forfeited and are not eligible for refund, replacement, or credit.

Delivery Orders

Once a delivery order has been dropped off at the delivery address provided, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for refund due to delay, non-acceptance, weather exposure, theft, spoilage, or issues occurring after delivery.

If We Cancel

If Huddle Bread & Co. is unable to fulfill your order and cancels it, we will refund the amount paid for the affected order or item.
