Made from 100% Nocellara del Belice olives, this is a Sicilian olive oil with a character all of its own. The aroma opens with green tomato, moves toward ripe fruit and fresh herbs, and finishes with a clean, spicy black pepper warmth that lingers. Gold Medal winner in the Medium Intensity category at the Los Angeles International Competition 2026. The olives are hand-harvested to protect the fruit, then cold-pressed at the family's mill within six hours of picking — a pace that makes all the difference.
The Cutrera family have been tending the ancient olive groves of the Monti Iblei in southeastern Sicily since at least 1906. Giovanni Cutrera built the first oil mill in 1979 with his wife Maria; their three children Salvatore, Maria, and Giuseppina now run the business alongside the third generation of the family. Over 350 awards later, the guiding principle remains the same one Salvatore still states simply: "The secret to our success is the love and passion that bind us to our land."
Pour generously over a warm slice of Huddle sourdough as a dipping oil, drizzle over grilled fish or vegetables, or use as a finishing oil spooned over pasta with fresh tomato.
