There is something about a baguette that no other bread quite replaces. The crust that shatters when you break it, the open, chewy crumb inside, the way it makes even the simplest meal feel like a proper occasion. These baguettes are made with imported French flour and naturally fermented with our sourdough starter, giving them a gentle depth of flavour that sets them apart from anything you will find at the supermarket.
Delicious simply torn and eaten with good butter and a drizzle of honey. Try them alongside our French Lavender Honey from the hills of the Luberon, or our Italian Girasole Sunflower Honey from the rolling fields of Marche — two very different honeys, both extraordinary on fresh bread.
