 Made with French flour and real potato, these buns are wonderfully soft, light, and full of gentle flavor.

The potato gives them a tender crumb and delicate sweetness, while the sourdough fermentation adds depth without any heaviness. The result is a bun that is pillowy and golden, with just enough structure to hold whatever you fill it with.
