Sweet corn is the taste of an American summer. The first ears of the season, the barbecue, the long table outside where friends linger over an evening in no hurry to end.
This loaf is made with Molino Pasini Italian flour and a little stone-ground corn worked into the dough, then roasted sweet corn is folded through by hand. A big spoonful of honey rounds it out, for a tender golden crumb and the soft bite of corn in every slice.
Lovely fresh with butter, and a perfect accompaniment to anything grilled.
