RASPBERRY & WHITE CHOCOLATE SCONES

Special summer menu scones -  raspberry and white chocolate belong to a slow weekend day. Perfect for brunch or as a sweet afternoon treat.

Made with sourdough discard and French flour, folded through with tart raspberries and sweet white chocolate. The discard gives them depth of flavor and a soft, tender crumb, while the raspberries keep each bite from leaning too sweet.

Lovely slightly heated, with a little butter, alongside a pot of tea.
