This babka is made with a naturally leavened, enriched brioche-style dough: soft, lightly sweet, and slow-fermented overnight for depth of flavor. It is filled generously with Nutella, then braided so the filling winds through every slice.
Slice it as a sweet treat with a good cup of coffee, or save a few slices and make it into French toast the next morning.
