Made with French and Italian flour, with a touch of organic American spelt flour, the dough is filled with cheddar cheese and fresh jalapeño. As it bakes, the cheese melts into the crumb while the jalapeño looses its spice to only retains gentle warmth.
Perfect with a bowl of chilli and any leftovers are perfect toasted the next day.
