This is an elevated version of our naturally fermented French sourdough made with the addition of toasted hazelnuts. 

Made with two French flours from Grand Moulins de Paris — a blend of unbleached wheat and rye - and finished with a touch of spelt. The addition of hazelnuts  add a subtle sweetness and deep nutty flavor.

A beautiful loaf for cheese boards, morning toast, or simply with good butter.
