DILL & FETA SCONES

This savory scone recipe is inspired by Christian, our friend and neighbor, who makes the best scrambled eggs. His secret: crème fraîche and dill. 

These scones are ade with French flour, buttermilk, and sourdough discard for a soft, tender crumb, then folded through with feta, fresh dill, chives, and lemon zest. Savory, bright, and a little indulgent.

Heated slightly or toast, with butter and eggs for the perfect start to a slow weekend morning.
