The same soft, tender base as our Dill and Feta scones, made with French flour, buttermilk, and sourdough discard. Folded through with sharp cheddar and shallots slowly caramelized with garlic, these are buttery, rich, and deeply savory.

A little decadent, and a very good reason to take the weekend slowly. Heated slightly or toasted with butter for a morning that feels like a treat.
