ALL BUTTER LAVENDER SHORTBREAD (free this week)

A classic shortbread, made with good butter and culinary lavender. Floral, barely sweet, and the kind of thing that disappears quickly at an afternoon tea table. Each cookie is finished with a drizzle of white chocolate for a little extra sweetness and a pretty finish.
